Ed from Verify was just great. He is so insightful and has so many handy tips on anything he is doing. I felt a bit sorry for him when he pulled the old oven out to find a very dead and cooked rat on top of it. Not pleasant.
We had a very minor hiccup which he came back first thing the next morning and within a few minutes, it was fixed. Outstanding service is not something you get much of these days so I hope Verify know what a great professional they have in their midst.

It was a hot day, but he got up in the roof, did what he had to do without any complaints. He was efficient, very friendly and very professional. We had a bit of a chat as he worked and he was so polite. He was very grateful for the cold drink I offered him.
Once completed, he took me through each room in the house, explained what he had done and gave me clear instructions on how to use the smoke alarm central control unit. He tested the unit to check all working OK. He cleaned up after himself (dust and plaster etc).
Overall a great experience.
Verify Electrical were outstanding throughout the entire installation and have done a perfect job. M wife works in the world of training and compliance and observed them to be professional, risk aware and planned in their work.
They also had extremely friendly manners and great interpersonal skills which is not always the case with Tradies.
Ed from Verify Electrical arrives on time and completed the 2 x replacement single light switches within the hour. He also did a check on the remaining light switches on the property. I would recommend Ed to anybody needing an Electrician.
Honestly cannot rate this company enough. The lady they have in the office who organises their appointments is absolutely fantastic. She was so easy to work with and very understanding. The tradie that came out to complete the job was wonderful, very friendly, and approachable.
Start to finish the experience was exceptional. Can’t recommend this company enough.
My replacement smoke alarms were installed by Ed from Verify Electrical earlier today. He was a fine young fellow and a delight to have here.
